Compared to the other conveyor equipment, screw conveyor has the advantage of compact structure, small size, excellent sealing, bigger input and output, easily and convenient to operate and lower cost etc. Meanwhile, it has the disadvantages, for example, its parts always wear heavily, low capacity of delivery, high consumption and the material is broken easily when delivered.
We should take the measures below to avoid the material blocked:
① We must implement operating instruction strictly and non-loaded start and stop.
②We must make sure the material feeding continuous and equally, if necessary, we can install a vibrating feeder to achieve it.
③We can enlarge the outlet or lengthen the end of tube to avoid material block.
