The general process is started after bucket elevator stops running. The inspection door is cleaned, otherwise the material will be leaked from the lower inspection door and cannot be cleared.
When the chain is derailed, there will be a lot of residual materials in the lower casing. First, the residual material should be cleaned out before the chain can be reset. After the repair, it is necessary to wait for the remaining materials to be cleared before starting up. From tens of minutes to many hours, it can affect the operation rate of the machine.
In order to make it easier to clean up the material without affecting the production, a small cleaning device (semi-open spiral) can be installed at the bottom of the machine base (according to the space position), and a motor is installed. It is not necessary to open the access door during the clearing. As long as the bottom cleaning device (small auger) is activated, it is convenient to clean the missing material and the remaining material under the normal operation of the bucket elevator. This will greatly improve the operation rate.
